How to make a property flyer
- Open the “Property for sale” template (A4).
- Upload the best exterior or living-room photo (Uploads) and drag it over the grey photo area; resize it to cover the area, then delete the grey box.
- Change the headline to describe the property in one line: “Sunny 3-bedroom apartment near the park”.
- Enter the price and key facts: bedrooms, bathrooms, size, parking, garden.
- Paste the listing link into the QR code panel and update the code.
- Add your name, agency, phone and logo. Download as PDF.
What buyers look for first
- One great photo — bright, straight, wide. Do not shrink six photos into tiny boxes.
- Price — clearly visible. If you don’t publish it, say “Price on request”.
- Location — neighbourhood or nearby landmarks.
- Key numbers — rooms, m² or sq ft, year built, energy class where required.
- How to view — open house date and time or a phone number.
