How to make a flyer
- Select “Business flyer” or another template. The canvas is A4 at 150 DPI (1240 × 1754 px).
- Replace the headline with your main benefit, not just your company name: “Get a clean car in 30 minutes” beats “Joe’s Car Wash”.
- List three to five points, services or prices. Use the ✓ or emoji icons for bullets.
- Add contact details and a clear call to action: call, visit, scan, book.
- Download as PDF and print it, or as PNG to share on social media and WhatsApp.
Flyer layout that works
Most people glance at a flyer for three seconds before deciding to read or throw it away. Structure it for that:
- Top third: headline and image. This is what people see first.
- Middle: details — benefits, list of services, prices, date and time.
- Bottom: call to action and contact information, often in a colored bar.
Print-ready checklist
- Keep text at least 5 mm from every edge — printers can trim slightly unevenly.
- Body text no smaller than 9–10 pt (about 20 px at 150 DPI).
- Use photos with enough resolution; tiny web images look pixelated on paper.
- For professional printing at 300 DPI, resize to 2480 × 3508 before exporting.
- Proofread phone numbers and addresses twice.
