How to make a menu
- Choose “Classic menu” for restaurants and cafés, “Dark menu” for burger bars and pubs, or “QR menu sign” for table cards.
- Replace the restaurant name and edit each dish, description and price. Double-click any text to type.
- Need more dishes? Select a dish line, press Ctrl+D to duplicate it, and move it down.
- Match your brand: change the colors and fonts, add your logo.
- Download PDF to print, or PNG to post on Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile.
Menu design tips that increase orders
- Group dishes logically: starters, mains, desserts, drinks. Use clear section titles.
- Short descriptions: three to six words with the key ingredients.
- Prices aligned to the right and without currency symbols on every line — it looks cleaner and less “expensive”.
- Highlight signature dishes with a small box, star or color.
- Readable fonts: menus are often read in dim light. Use at least 10–11 pt for dish names when printed.
- Allergens: many countries require allergen information. Add numbers or icons and a legend at the bottom.
QR code menus
Put a QR code on each table that links to your online menu or PDF. Open Elements → QR code, paste the link and add it, or start from the “QR menu sign” template. Print it at least 3 × 3 cm and test it with several phones.
