How to create a price list
- Start from the “Price list” template.
- Type your business name and services in the left column and prices in the right column — each line in one column matches the same line in the other.
- Add a booking line at the bottom: phone, WhatsApp, website or a QR code to your booking page.
- Download as PDF for the counter or window, or PNG for Instagram and Facebook.
Tips for a clear price list
- Group services: hair, nails, face; or basic, standard, premium.
- Use “from” prices when the final price depends on the job.
- Mention duration for appointments (“45 min”). Customers like knowing how long it takes.
- Show packages in a highlighted box — they increase the average order.
- Update the date in small text so customers know prices are current.
Who uses price lists
Beauty and nail salons, barbers, massage studios, cleaning and laundry services, car washes, repair shops, photographers, tutors, fitness trainers, print shops and small cafés.
Post it online too
Customers often ask “how much?” in messages. Post the price list as a pinned Instagram post or Facebook photo, add it to your Google Business Profile, and send it on WhatsApp. Use Resize → Instagram Post or Story for a social version of the same design.
