Wedding invitation wording

A classic structure that works in most cultures:

Together with their families
Emma & Lucas
request the pleasure of your company at their wedding
Saturday, the twelfth of September, 2026
at five o’clock in the afternoon
Rose Garden Estate, Lake Road 12
Reception to follow · Kindly reply by August 1

For a relaxed wedding, keep it simple: “We’re getting married! Join us on…”.

Printing tips

The design is 1500 × 2100 px — 5 × 7 inches at 300 DPI, which fits an A7 envelope. Print on heavy cotton or textured card (300 g/m² or more). Script fonts look best in dark colors; very thin gold text can be hard to read unless it is foil-printed. Order one proof before printing all copies.

Add a QR code (Elements → QR code) linking to your wedding website or RSVP form to save on reply cards.
